There is definitely something to wanting to be married, and to planning that as a large part of your life.  However, your S.O. may not want to marry you, may not be ready right away, or may just be creeped out by how often the subject comes up.  To put marriage above love…are you really doing anything more than checking off a box on your bucket list?
