Well…as today is a day that ends in a “Y” and begins with a “Thursda”, this seems like a good time to have a Three Things post! Curious, are you guys enjoying these, or is it mostly a lot of self-indulgent tripe?<\/p>\n
1. Although I’m not really religious, I do tend to meditate a good amount and sometimes fairly deep.
